IMO if an athlete 1) needs a coach to motivate them every day to give the expected effort 2) doesn’t have the pride to follow directions & doesn’t execute assignments with ATD 3) performs inconsistently 4) or has poor attendance & punctuality they need to do something else.

Quick Fact.... The Spud Boys have 9 athletes competing in the State AAA Meet. Those 9 have participated in 23 total seasons at MHS this year which averages out to 2.55 sports per athlete. A credit to our kids and coaches for creating an enviromnent where multi-sports thrive!

I highly recommend this whey protein powder! It might be the ONLY powder that mixes without clumping (with spoon OR shaker cup)! ONE scoop…24g protein, 4g carb, 1g fat…120 calories. SOLID way to get a “clean” 24-48g of additional protein 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼. Thanks COSTCO!!
