Haywood wasn't playing but played - 74 games(Tied 3rd on Heat) - 24.6 MPG(8th) - 25 games out of 29 post ASB(so he wasn't taken out of the rotation later in the season) - 26.2(6th) - 6th most 4th quarter minutes - 5th in high/very high leverage minutes(basically clutch minutes)

Jokes aside, why is it so hard for some to understand how special Dru Smith is? He’s not just a great defender. He is an ELITE defensive torture chamber, who, although not a high-volume scorer or playmaker, his decision-making and basketball IQ on that end is top-tier. You will

Davion Mitchell is one of my favorite defenders to study—especially for smaller guards. Here are a few things every coach and player can steal from his game:

If Ware plateaus, B intrigues me. Other than that, Herro and Powell minutes should be staggered as much as humanly possible—not crazy about them starting together.

Fans are who pay your checks. Don’t like what they say? Go get a real job like the rest of us. Can’t have it both ways.

The harsh truth: the Miami Heat can’t win a title with both Bam & Tyler Herro on max deals under the new CBA. One has to go, who's it going to be?

Why do they overthink it so hard? Why not make one game of USA vs World? If you want to add more events, then add 1v1 which is what the public has been clamoring for for only decades.

Bam has proven on multiple occasions he can be a core piece of a title contending team. Tyler only did it in his rookie season off the bench. If it comes down to it I’d prioritize keeping Bam over Tyler and so do the Heat or anyone franchise in this position.
