Touring is NOT a holiday. It’s physically demanding work that involves not eating &/or sleeping properly for days. It’s stressful AF & only gets harder as you age - your body simply can’t handle well the level of stress you put it through every time you head on the road.

Advice to my younger artist self: music is a listening art form and you are what you hear (much like you are what you eat). don’t put crap in your body (or your ears).
