looking at the good in life is a lovely thing, it’s also a practical practice. the alternative is a habit of looking for better. that habit sticks, even when things are great. & if you can’t appreciate the good when things are great, feeling good about life will always evade you.

There needs to be 21+ gyms. I’m tired of the high school groups in their pajamas spending over an hour on one piece of equipment and hardly using it.
