A little bit obsessed with @AnshCymru’s Barti Ddu burger, named after iconic Welsh pirate, ‘Black Bart’. Two smashed Welsh Black beef patties, stacked with smoked streaky bacon & smoked cheese, drizzled with seaweed rum sauce, in a sesame-studded charcoal bun. Mmm… 🤤
