Sat in Gatwick Airport cancelled flight. No help from easyJet told there are no hotels we have a two day delay. Sat here with 3 children and an elderly mother just getting over cancer, nowhere to go until Monday Absolutely disgusting treatment. @easyjet

Another hideous experience with easyJet cancelled flight at 10.30pm after long delays - so many of us left high and dry - I am now £1k out of pocket for new flight home + taxi and you say I have to wait a month before you decide IF you will pay me back?? NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I am still waiting easyJet as being over 1k out of pocket because you cancelled my flight and I had to find my own way home isn’t a great situation in the current climate #comeon
