RIP Fredric Jameson - 3 books in the last year, aged 90: extraordinary. Lending a tape of a Radio 3 interview with him in 1992 to a newbie PhD student (with My Bloody Valentine on the other side) was how I met Julie, my other half. Thanks for the postmodernist memories, FJ.
