I keep trying to write something about this movie but the words never align to describe just how blown away I was by it. Just absolutely incredible.

In a theater for mission impossible right now. Trailer for an exorcism movie starring Al Pacino came on. Teenagers behind me said “Al Pa-see-no? I don’t know who that is.”

Watched One Battle After Another for a fifth time in imax. How it keeps getting better each time I do not know. If it takes Best Picture (which I’d be shocked if it didn’t) then it’ll be the best winner since Parasite in my opinion.

#NowWatching: A House of Dynamite, dir. Kathryn Bigelow

Going to be thinking through my feelings on this one long and hard on the drive home. For now I’ll say I did like the film as a whole, but I don’t know what to think about that ending right now.

Just got out of Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein. Full review coming in a couple days, but I just felt the need to get on here and mention how moved I was by Jacob Elordi’s performance. Really impressive work, I felt so much just through looking into his eyes.
