Today the Supreme Court of Ghana handed down its order in the case of Richard Amo-Hene vrs Ghana Revenue Authority to the effect that the Pay Now and Argue Later Rule (30% tax deposit) is consistent with the Constitution. We await the full judgment on 13 Dec. #tax #constitution
