Pleased to say were fully booked for the rugby Friday night. With our COVID regs it means a massively reduced capacity (from 200 to 80) but at least we’re open, safe and so happy to be watching Wales again. 🍺🍻

Today’s budget has missed a huge opportunity to provide real support for pub businesses in every community. Increased staff costs, BR relief down to 40% & increases in duty, with only 1p off draught products, leaves members facing additional costs & hard choices for their pubs.

Here we go…the price of pint in pubs will not be cheaper. The 1.7% won’t make it as far as the pub let alone the customer…the price of a pint will increase to allow for the extra costs this budget has delivered…
