Have been feeling a bit down about the knee recently, didn’t feel like I was making much progress and felt more and more sure I wasn’t getting back to rugby…but suddenly managed a little trot on the treadmill at physio today. Absolutely buzzing 🤩

Just out from seeing Ross Noble. I think I might be dead. Genuinely can’t remember the last time I cried laughing. Highlights were Island. Wallace. Piles. Pufferfish. No, I can’t explain.

I was sceptical about my physio’s advice to cut back on strength training and swap in some jumping & jogging, but not only was my knee happier with the jogging yesterday, I got more out of it in strength training today than I have since pre-surgery. Go me! #ACLRehab

I would imagine that most of us would lose our ‘job’ if we went around harassing people because of their race or religion. He simply reached the find out stage 🤷🏼‍♀️

Saw Project Hail Mary this evening. It’s rare for me to enjoy a film as much as a book, but it really hit the mark. Definitely worth a watch (but read the book first!)
