Still nothing. Anthropic is leaving the vacuum wide open for people to fill it with whatever they imagine Current theory: CS team is 1 person. They used Claude to investigate but hit their usage limit mid-triage. They’re waiting it out just like us

Day 4 with no acknowledgement/response from Claude or Anthropic on the usage issue. I think most users would understand if if they just came out and said, "Hey, we're looking into it. It's tricksy." But the silence is alarming. In a vacuum, it's not unreasonable to

Respect. Thariq in comments investigating usage, stated repeatedly that reports sound abnormal There is DEFINITELY a bug (right??? 😬). I wish Anthropic would have addressed complaints sooner, but as long as this gets triaged and addressed I can live with it

I really don’t mean to be “that guy” I get how hard it is to run a business But wow, Anthropic is fumbling this one so hard. They need to be over-communicating to users about this issue, even if they haven’t root-caused yet

A masterclass in what NOT to do in customer service. Here's the play-by-play: 03/23 - Users report hitting usage limits in just a few prompts. Looks like a bug. 03/25 - Issue goes viral on X and Reddit. 1k+ posts. Zero acknowledgement from Anthropic. 03/26 -More reports pile

I’m A-OK with this if it means Claude Code users get usage back 👌 OpenClaw (no hate) was highly inefficient and burned 10-gajillion tokens for simple tasks. Them internet pipes are gonna be wide open tomorrow
