Day two without Pepsi max and I can already admit I’m struggling.

Been told not to have spicy food, fizzy drinks or alcohol for two months, it’s gonna be a long two months. (The spicy food and alcohol I can do, the Pepsi max addiction is real) 🥲

Somehow I have gastritis at my stomach lining is v inflamed and angry so I’ve been told not to drink anything fizzy or with caffeine in until it’s better but do you know how difficult this is for someone with a Pepsi max addiction. All I want is that sweet sweet aspartame
