Waiting to hear back on a proposal we’ve submitted to work on something big and important for small charities - had a dream last night that we didn’t get it and woke up feeling so sad 😭

Frugality ≠ morality.

Nonprofits are rewarded for how little they spend. Not for what they get done. 

But why shouldn't charities:

👉 employ passionate, experienced staff?
👉 secure sustainability & support?
