Surround yourself with wonderful, kind and talented people and what you do will never feel like work.

Who you work with is more important than the actual work itself.

All this noise and still yet to hear a good argument against more flexible working…

It’s not an anti-office agenda, it’s about giving better options for millions of people.

For the parents (particularly mums), disabled folk, neurodivergent folk and those caring for family.

However you want to spin it, requiring staff to be in an office 3-4 days per week is just not flexible.

Not only is it really sad to see employers take backwards steps on this, it’s doubly annoying to see such roles still promoted as flexible.

Red flags for a dodgy culture.

In 2023, our pet food bank distributed just over 600,000 meals to food banks across Scotland, yet demand rises each day.

The Easter holidays are an advert for full-time flexible working…

We don’t question the weird shaped weeks or colleagues being off when it suits them. We just all make it work.

It’s proof that we can change how we work and that models like the 4 Day Week Campaign are the future.
