Update: With the assistance from the Petersburg Bureau of Police, police have located Maryaih Rhem and her son, Royce Rhem safe and unharmed in Petersburg, Virginia.   Patrick Parrish has also been taken into custody in Petersburg and will be served on the outstanding warrants.
