Happy Monday on this final day of July. Another month closing. Today making it official. She's a superstar, one of our lead models & very special in our corporate & outside family. She's been w/ me since Day 1 when I launched my company, July of 2007. Our corporate #Bday month.

We've been staying here since Thursday. But happy to say we've wrapped things up today. Gearing up until 10pm. We have a whole lot of production equipment to pack & load up. Long late drive back to LA... but worth it. This is #Hollywood behind the scenes. :) 3 studios.

August 1st, locked a multi-year partnership w/ our already studio partner in LA. We just made it "official" by contract. This partnership gives us a 15% ownership in their studio & gives them a 15% share in ours. This venture runs thru 2033. Production of films is our priority.

This week my crew & myself working on simultaneous productions. Including more film work & shooting commercial in #SouthLA tmrw. On Sunday a select group in my crew will be traveling with me to #Mexico to continue working a on documentary we began working on in May. Busy times!

Lastly... Happy to say our models are booked until the end of October. This week yet another new face is set to join our group. Magnificent recruiting by our team. Great things happening w/ Kimberly Nash & Amanda Hilton leading the way. Proud of you both. BRAVO!! 👏 #BossBabes

Landed in Mexico 1:48pm local time. In #MexicoCity until Sunday with my 12 unit team working on Part 2 of the documentary we began filming in May in Tijuana. Next month we'll be traveling to #Guadalajara. Unpacking & stepping out to get the feel of the city today. Tmrw we film.

Hola, México! In #Guadalajara shooting for our documentary as well as a quick photoshoot w/ some of your Arguelles Models, September 19-24. Closing out #SummerInMexico. After Mexico heading to NYC w/ my entourage; September 25-October 5. A very long trip before returning to LA.

G' morning, Guadalajara! It's been fun in #Mexico but time to return to the USA. On our way to the airport where our flight to #NYC set to takeoff @ 12:30pm, private plane. Great party last night but today we're all hungover & tired, haha. Arguelles Models Good times though!
