On this Monday how are you making your call? Sitting down or using a stand-up desk? Michael Lipsey has used a stand-up desk for years. He finds his productivity is elevated when he is in his "cockpit" and in the zone for at least three hours until all calls are done.

When you travel 220+ days out of the year you use different modes of transportation. Yesterday Mike was in Milwaukee with a client and today he is in Grand Rapids with another thanks to the Lake Express ferry. A wonderful and relaxing way to travel between the two cities
