~10% of operatively treated tibial plateau #fractures convert to TKA by 15yrs — rising to 15% in bicondylar (2.7× risk). In unicondylar, non-anatomic reduction = 3.7× higher TKA risk. KOS-ADLS worse in bicondylars. Anatomic reduction matters. Read here 👉thekneejournal.com/article/S0968-…
