I’d love to teach con law one day. It would just literally state: justices vote on ideology except for a few technical cases each year (though even those are probably racist).

We should have a bank of 100 justices that are chosen at random to hear cases - say 11 of them hear a particular case, no one knows who will hear it and the decision is issued by that small group. The next case is heard by a different small group. Because oligarchy isn’t it
