Concept: #IndirectDecompression. It's amazing how restoring the posterior disc height (4 mm to 6 mm) without compromising the SL lordosis (using a 15-degree lordotic cage) can significantly increase the foramen! It's quite powerful!#SpineSurgery #Neurosurgery
