Portfolio closed this week at ATHs. $547,435. #uranium has had a stellar stretch over the last month or so. Up +44%. With general markets up as well, it's been a very good last few weeks. I'm stacking extra cash in my HYSA for a late-year deploy. Probably $30k by then.

Portfolio closed this week at $533,000. Also rocking an extra $26,200 in a HYSA earning 4.9% through Dec 15. I expect to move that into my taxable by Jan 1. The journey towards $600k continues.

I am 70/30 index ETFs/uranium. I believe indexing is the slow and steady way to freedom. I hold no bitcoin. No crypto. ..but should I own some, and what % is responsible?

Looks like the way to have played the nuclear resurgence in 2024 was to buy a boatload of $SMR rather than fart around in #uranium. +800% gains vs. dogshit. No-brainer in hindsight.

It was a solid market week. Investments closed at $545k and holding an extra $29k in my savings. Gonna move $20k of that into my taxable in Dec, and $7k into my TFSA on Jan 1. Closing in on $600k!

I was married for 5.5 years. I've been divorced for 4. It's strange. At some point, my focus on my new life grew over everything in the past. I don't remember what it was like to be married at all.

2024 was a pretty decent year overall for my investments, despite uranium being uncooperative. Started: $430,000 Ended: ~$542,500 I contributed $52,000 overall (goal was $50k). Professionally, my pay increased from $156k to $170k, & starts 2025 at 173k. Signing off til 2025!

Got another pay coming up this week. That means I'll have another $1700 for my investments. Right now, I'm at $569,000. Consistency is key, but I really wish my stash was growing faster. $1m+ is a long way off.

I have very few people in my life I can talk money with without having to censor myself. Really, it's just my parents and gf. Everyone else isn't interested, or offended about the topic. Money is still far too taboo for society to truly succeed and I'll stand by that.
