As the mom of a middle schooler, I know how important a good first day is to starting the school year off right. Wishing students, parents, teachers, and all of our school communities a healthy and safe #FirstDayOfSchool!

We are looking to extend our volunteer base and currently looking for volunteers to provide childcare so that our moms can attend and engage in the educational classes that The Haven of Grace provides. The times and days will vary, with most classes held during evening hours.

We are also looking for volunteers with the right credentials to help our moms build their resumes and to provide a host of educational opportunities. Some of the classes that we are in need of are: • Car seat safety • Substance Abuse • Immunizations

This would be a perfect opportunity for a retired nurse or nurse who would like to give back. We are flexible with availability. For more information contact Ms. Tangie at 314-621-6507 ext. 312 or fill out voulnteer application on The Haven of Grace website.

Welcome our newest member to The Haven of Grace family Ka'Donis! He was born on Sunday October 3 and weighed 7 lb. 9 oz. Both mom and baby are doing well!
