There is a change to our course, The Happy Body Everything: Integration. The course will be coached jointly by Aniela and Jerzy. There are still two available spaces for Team #2, which will meet on Tuesday at 10 am PST.

The registration for Team #2 is closed. This team will start on March 14th at 10am PST. Registration for Team #3 is open. Team #3 will be meeting on Thursdays at 10am PST

TEAM #3 Registration is open. The team will meet on Saturdays at 9am PST

Registration for Team #4 is open. The team will meet on Zoom on Wednesdays from 8 am to 9 am PST.

Beginning in 2025, I will coach The Happy Body Elite. The course is based on the power of a 60-year-old world weightlifting champion—enough power for any athlete to dominate in any sport. It is also suitable for all THB practitioners who want to extend their power beyond THB.
