EVs are considered safer when it comes to fires: 25 catch fire per 100,000 sales, compared to 1,500 for gas cars. But EV fires are epic: An ebike took out a subway train in Toronto & a car in S Korea damaged 900 vehicles. Thankfully, help may be on the way wired.com/story/the-auto…
