IMO to succeed at W&M, you really have to keep & develop kids over their full 4-5 year careers, & supplement any immediate holes with graduate transfers. It’ll be interesting to see who AD Mann brings in, what their recruiting philosophy is, & how it’ll translate to Williamsburg

A quick glance at the record will raise an eyebrow, but consider he went 42-73 his first 4 seasons then 54-30 since. He did pretty well at a school that does not have a great tradition of hoops; plus I would imagine Cornell has similar recruiting standards to W&M. 🔰

@low_madness W&M has better chance of AQ in Coastal than Cornell does in Ivy. It’s that simple.
