New experiment starting today - feeding mealworms on dehydrated apple.

The mealworms have certainly been enjoying the fresh apple! Dehydrated will be less likely to go mouldy though.

These mealworms have been left for 3 months without adding anything other than dehydrated veg.

New experiment started. These mealworms will only have dehydrated apple to live in.

Just a small batch of mealworms going into the freezer & destined to become protein flour.

These were only fed on dehydrated and fresh apple. No oats or bran. #sustainable
