Finally, TIGEREYES, a short film directed by the talented @martinatrepczyk came to its homeland Fuvahmulah City! We all came together for an inspiring screening of the film at Ataraxis Grand and Spa 🧵1/7

This short film dives deep with Hamna Hussain, @divewithhamty a scuba diver on the remote Maldivian island of Fuvahmulah 🇲🇻 We explored her journey of diving with sharks, often feared and misunderstood creatures. 🧵2/7

But TIGEREYES is more than just a dive story! We also had a powerful interactive session discussing mental health and Hamty's inspiring journey of overcoming challenges. 🧵3/7

With the help of Thibaa Psychology team, we had an interactive discussion about mental health journeys, tips, and resources that are essential for our well-being. 🧵4/7

As part of our #WorldMentalHealthDay celebration, #AliDhoadhi we partnered with @Miyaru and tuscany.studio for a Nature Walk at the Fuvahmulah UNESCO biosphere reserve. 🧵1/6

During this session, we explored and connected with nature, and enjoyed some morning stretches. 🧵2/6

We also learned about the local ecosystem and the importance of protecting Fuvahmulah's flora and fauna through the Miyaru Programme 's Malamathi project, supported by UNDP Maldives Global Environment Facility (GEF) , and Small Grants Programme 🧵3/6

The experience emphasized the importance of Fuvahmulah’s UNESCO Biosphere Reserve for mental health. Participants learned about the connection between nature and well-being and the island’s biodiversity. The nature walk concluded with a mud bath and swimming. 🧵4/6
