This morning’s coffee. Guatemala Antigua (via Crimson Cup). V60 dripper using the Rao method. Resulting brew is smooth, clean, and slightly sweet with no bitterness. Citrus peel tones are light, but evident enough for a welcome brightness. Always a welcome cup of coffee!
