America’s transit agencies support more than 400,000 good-paying jobs. This #BusMonth, I’m proud to have voted for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to invest in local transit systems like Grays Harbor Transit and improve transit reliability for rural Washingtonians.
RIPTA received $5M fed grant to buy lo and no-emissions buses. Once Governor Dan McKee, Rhode Island House of Representatives and Rhode Island Senate fully fund RI's visionary & bold plan for better transit, we can get on with seriously lowering GHG in RI while growing economy.
