odeio estar tao imersa nesses pensamentos ruins que nada para, nao consigo ler livros, assistir filmes, ver video, ler um artigo, nao consigo fazer nada, minha cabeça nao deixa, nao consigo me concentrar em nada, me distraio com os pensamentos, e é horrivel

achei q 2026 ia ser um ano melhor mas ja em abril estou vendo que eh a pior epoca da minha vida
