Dr. Sarah Hamer used xenodiagnosis to see if T. cruzi seropositive dogs were infective to kissing bugs. All 6 dogs infected >=1 bug, but only 2 dogs were T. cruzi PCR pos on their blood. Xenodiagnosis utility for determining pos reservoir animals seems promising. #WAAVP2019

@Troll_Artistry Lookout pest control. They'll do an initial bombing with pet friendly poison and come back every month to spray. It worked for us. No more roaches.

some guy my lifehack: take a piece of fruit or meat, or some juice. put it in a cup with "washing up liquid" and water. the fruit flies will go in but the soap will break surface tension & they will drown!!
