I'm stunned. The first episode of #TalesoftheWalkingDead is truly awful. #TerryCrews is way better than this; #OliviaMunn has never been very good, but she's rarely been this bad. Awkward non-human dialogue, characters I can't care about, paper-thin plot. Any reason to continue?

Robb Zombie's #TheMunsters is so catastrophically tone-deaf, unfunny, labored that it's hard to find anything good to say about it. The execs at Universal must have experienced true horror when they saw the final cut of this thing. MAJOR skip.

And as if it needed to be said: THE LOOP is a *damn* good book, in a whole lot of ways. Read it.

What a disappointment #Beast, the new Idris Elba movie is. Elba's as strong & convincing as ever, but the #Jaws/#Cujo cliches are so thick & fast it robs the film of any energy, surprise, authenticity. You end up wondering why they bothered. So many other better ideas out there.

#BattleoftheSuperSons is smart, fast & thoroughly enjoyable; also probably the best version of Jon & Damian's early years I've seen, & FINALLY getting to hear #TravisWillingham Travis Willingham and Laura Bailey in the parts they were BORN to play makes it all worthwhile. SO good!

So Steven Grant🎯 … stay, go, relocate? I’m hoping against hope the defections drive an already unprofitable venture into MySpace irrelevancy, sooner rather than later.
