The sense of smell can be fairly underrated when it comes to healing. Scent can be extremely powerful at boosting mood, enabling relaxation, or even helping you focus. A favourite here at the body blues is lavender and sweet orange which is a great for relaxation and calming.

Fool your nervous system into calming down. Breathe in (nose) for 7 seconds, Hold for 7, Breathe out (mouth) for 7 - relax your lips as you breathe out. Do this a few times, making the exhale a little longer each time.
