Setting up our newest Kickstarter The Spill by Smirk & Dagger / Smirk & Laughter!! This gives me vibes of Pandemic on the ocean but mechanics with the dice and cool drilling well dice tower take up the table presence a notch. My kids are happy the animals don’t die - just go to “sick bay”🐢🐬🐙

2P Murano by Markus Brand! I love the action selection mechanic in this game. Action spaces are blocked by other boats but you can pay to move them. Such a unique, fun euro that flew under the radar. The goal cards and the building placement create great strategies. AMAZING!

Just got Exit the Game Advent Calendar - Mystery of the Ice Cave by Kosmos Games UK !! New riddles or clues everyday for 24 days!! Such a cool idea - can’t wait for December 1st to start 😃

2P 1923 Cotton Club by Looping Games !! I was waiting forever for this to come back into print. Finally played and we absolutely loved it! Great combo of 1920’s theme with worker placement and tableau building. Lots of game in a small box. Recommended!

Played P’achakuna by Treeceratops games!! This is a 2-player pick-up and deliver game where your taking various colored dyes to villages with certain color demands. Your lama travels on either the green or black paths and tiles can be rotated. Very enjoyable and < 1 hour!

Beer & Bread by Scott Almes and Capstone Games @DeepPrintGames with my wife. Wow!! What a super efficient elegant farming euro with lots of interesting multi-use cards. Round 2 my wife said “I love this game” 😍. Small box - big game! BUY THIS GAME PEOPLE!! 🍻🍞!!

Played Mille Fiori by Reiner Knizia and Devir Games - what a blast! It’s a point-fest extravaganza with mini games across the board. Lots of combo-tastic actions and fun decisions. Great push and pull of point swing that makes it a nail biter to the end. 40 mins at 2P. Get it!

Got in a 2P game is Moesteiro by PYTHAGORAS - really great mid-weight dice worker placement euro dice and building a monastery in Portugal! Lower pip takes action first but higher pip is more powerful - cool mechanic! Fun, clever decisions - recommend it!

Amadeus!! Wow - Lacrimosa by Devir Games is AMAZEBALLS GOOD!! This is such a smooth thinky euro with fresh mechanics and gripping decisions. I have played 2x at 2 and both games were 2 points apart - so fun! Contender for fave game of the year here!🎶🎼🎵

Finally got Darwin’s Journey by Thundergryph Games to the table at 2P. This is a heavy worker placement game with tons of decisions and got my AP going.! Very satisfying combos and deep strategy paths. Components of the deluxe version are excellent! Overall a 9/10 for us!

Wow - sooo much fun in a mechanically simple game. This is, indeed, super relaxing and fun and a bit of a brain burner to get all 8 blooms out. Really love this “bloom edition” with the plastic 3d blooms - really pops off the pond. Highly recommend this game!🌸🌺🌼🪷
