Repeating the same slogan of ‘cabinet decree’ is a delay tactic at avoiding responsibility. Joseph Aoun’s dialogue over confrontation is going nowhere. And Nawaf Salam’s focus is elsewhere. Either they take risk & make Hzb’s disarmament their mandate. Or we’ll remain a warzone.
