We drove yesterday to Madinah (our first all girls road-trip drive here 😭!), prepared snacks and water to avoid stops. Pics we can share: yesterday’s sunset, masjid al-Nabawi this morning, masjid Quba and mount Uhud. No words/photos can describe the feelings of being here ❤️ ﷺ

Masjid Quba, on the outskirts of Madinah, is the first mosque ever built, the oldest mosque in the world, built by our Prophet ﷺ after his arrival in Madinah from Makkah. They made changes recently (like 3 months ago), it’s now open all night/24hrs for worshippers. #saudiarabia

View of Amman and King Abdullah I Mosque with its blue dome, built on the orders of the late King Hussein of Jordan as a tribute to his grandfather. This mosque welcomes non-Muslim visitors. Don’t let the briefly bright blue sky in that picture fool you - today was cold. #jordan

This is truly shocking - even more considering Vincent Van Gogh lived in poverty, isolated and malnourished (which affected his mental health) and only sold one painting during his lifetime.
