Dealing w/fraud & identity theft since Feb - it’s impossible to get anyone @rogers to help. I’ve spent 14+ hours (not exaggerating) on hold + 2 service calls. Rogers needs to take better measures to protect& support clients w/ identity theft, fraud, port scams & hijacked phone #
