This is such a helpful paper. Services in the UK have been too fragmented and patients often find it extremely challenging to navigate the system. We need to accept that comorbidity in eating disorders is the norm and organise services accordingly.

“It takes a long time and it’s messy but recovery is possible.” Services need to be reorganised to be able to offer longer term treatment.
