After baring all to the nation back in September I have decided to mix getting naked, with coaching. There's something to be said for stripping off. Vulnerability? Empowerment? Stripping back the clothes reveals who we really are.

Something I learned this Christmas is it’s nice to be naked somewhere with under floor heating 😍

My body aches from my booster so I’m seeing if a bath will make me feel better. So far so good ♥️
