The weather in the UK this winter hasn't been conducive to a good attempt at the ECON5k but the gales (if not the rain!) paused on Boxing Day just long enough. #Econ5k

🏃🏃‍♀️tip: To avoid beating up on yourself over performance, remember that most of what determines how fast your run is is exogenous. The main endogenous factor is your decision to run at all! So just get outside and go! #ECON5K ECON5k
