This one is easy to answer. The Disney suits don't want to give up their office space and parking garage. That's more important than anything...

Examples of Gothic/Victorian carriage houses with period detail, ornament, and most important, atmosphere. Disneyland built a home depot barn that feels modern and thus out of place and incongruous in a themed environment.

Hey Disney, wtf? You just stopped caring about art integrity? The building is a prefab and the art inside is fake? I know a few pieces were beautifully made, but filling in the gaps with this trash?!

Skipper Hoss (I Need A Break Edition) So many artists out in this world. So many people dream about becoming Imagineers. And this is what they do??? This is disgraceful in so many ways and lowers the prestige of Imagineering as a whole😵‍💫 I don’t think they get how bad it can hurt their brand image

The main difference between a Disney park and an amusement park is it is centered around a specific theme and storyline to immerse guests. Meticulously designed areas, with attention to storytelling, architecture, attractions, decor and atmosphere. We shouldn’t lose this.

The fact that there’s full-scale caves in the world’s most visited theme park and nobody ever talks about it is crazy. These are awesome.

Another loss. There was a time when Disney wanted the boardwalk to be its own entertainment draw and marketed the nightlife there as such. That vision has been abandoned. I know Disney will backfill this with some overpriced restaurants.

Apparently I keep commenting on stuff. I guess you might see me here and there until I lose interest completely and never come back.
