I'm sure we've come across projects with thousands of followers In our minds, that project has a strong community. But is that the case? What separates audience from a true community? This video explains what an audience truly is. Tell me what you think.

Messages have to be tailored in a way that it's speaks to their problems and positions the users as the product. The users are the protagonist, the problem is the antagonist and your project the tool for the users. That's just a basic messaging framework.

You perfectly hit the nail on the head. Strategy amplifies growth and lead you in the next direction. It shows you what success looks like and what to change when things are not working.

Yeah growth marketing is about operating in funnels From awareness to activation to conversion and then retention. Every stage has different tactics you should employ.

The issue was, incentives was the only reason people used the app. If another protocol can out with a higher paying rate than base, the base app would have died long ago. Something else must be used to tie users into using your product. Incentives can be used but strategically

the weird part is; β€’ you know it's an ad β€’ you know they got paid β€’ you know it's sponsored but somehow….you still consider buying it reason why is that there's a psychology behind why this worksπŸ§΅πŸ”»

Yeah. Looking at projects who post overly technical stuffs, they think they are being professional and an expert. But the truth is users don't care about technical jargon Simple messaging that target the pain point of users will convert users faster and make them stay.

New Article Alert! 🚨 Do you see progress for what it truly is? Or do you constantly fall victim to the expectation gap that clouds your judgment Making you lose sight of the progress right in front of you. A big thank you to the participants of the experiment below. link ⬇️

Web3 was built on identity. But after people started caring so much about incentives and rewards. Projects stopped caring about branding and making an identity. But now, I see a shift in the space. Projects will good branding will definitely scale faster.

i saw the quoted image from Leon Abboud & thought to myself "hmmm, you know this genius isn't lying" most web3 projects launch to silence not because the product is bad. but because the launch strategy is brokenπŸ§΅πŸ”»
