Last week we visited Romania to meet players from many of the top clubs ...and the stories are not positive. Many players - including internationals - have not been paid for months, and morale is low. A long term solution for Tier 2 nations is needed now more than ever.

Got to feel for Romania who have not had an opportunity to play a Tier 1 side outside of RWC since 2006. Limited opportunity for most Tier 2 sides (Italy played almost as many as every Tier 2 side combined over that period), but zero in over 12 years is really harsh on the Oaks.
