A sigh. "You can't fool me, you really can't." He steps inside the room and continues to go towards the one person he can call his 'family' that he knows is around. "It's just us, you can talk about it."

"Of course not. You're my uncle. I know you too well." A sigh before he placed his hand on one of the man's shoulders. "C'mon. Talk. Please."

"The same ones as last time?"

"Unfortunately, it tends to be when a person's experienced trauma that bad. I wouldn't be surprised if your nightmares are PTSD related, Dofla-ya."

The surgeon could only look at his uncle with sorrow on his features. "Oi... you aren't alone. We both went through some shit... honestly, though, I don't know if I'd be alive today if it wasn't for you." To try and get Doflamingo to feel just a little better.

"I know. C'mere." He hooked his arms under the large man's arms, helping to lift him up. "I'll watch over you, if nothing else, uncle. You'll be safe."

Law simply nods. "You're getting sleep, you really need it." He placed the taller man down, on velvet, fancy sheets. "I'm not going anywhere, though, okay?"

Ah, well... he didn't expect this but he shrugged it off, grabbing a book as he placed Kikoku away and sat up, letting his uncle cling to the surgeon like a pillow if he needed, as the doctor decided to busy himself with something to read. "Warn me next time."

Eventually, Law fell asleep himself, book still open and obviously still upright. But, for once, asleep, without nightmares himself.

Law was still asleep, in the same position he fell asleep in. He was far too tired.

Considering Law gets so little sleep, it's debatable if moving away and getting ready for the morning would wake Law up. he seems to be quite the heavy sleeper at the moment...

Then sleep is something Law gets... right up until his face contorts... ah, a nightmare. Seems he too is familiar with the concept as his breathing becomes shaky and shallow and--

Hm. It's that time of year again... I wonder if papa will do his usual celebrations. Knowing him, he probably will.
