People who keep calling Street Fighter campy, dumb, over the top clearly didn’t grow up in the SFII era. Later iterations made it like that. Watch SFII The Animated movie. That will tell you it had a deep story. Unfortunately now, I don’t think it’ll ever be taken serious.
