The older I get the more I think that being able to deliver bad news & hard truths gracefully is the ultimate hallmark of wisdom. Someone who can say unpleasant things without damaging relationships must’ve truly grasped what it means to want the best for the ones they care for.

Music rn just like the movies to me. Big budgets shitty plots, unnecessary remakes nobody asked for, awful performances, real nice packages/presentation w/ no substance & the real gems are hidden deep within a bottomless library of access, thus a large comparison to what once was

it takes so long to really know someone fr. the only way to know someone is through time & experience. and even then, people are continuously growing so you have to learn them through their growth. again and again. you're continuously getting to know someone. thats a relationship
