I am really excited to announce I will be running a practice every Friday in Columbus. Boys&Girls of all ages are welcome. This is not a club. This is just a practice to get the best kids in the area all in one room, once a week. Can’t wait to consistently train a group of kids.

As a kid I struggled with nerves before a lot of matches. I used to catch myself wanting the easiest route possible for a win. This lead me to start overvaluing the win, which lead me to being scared to lose. Be excited for the actual wrestling, and good things happen.
