31 years ago today, Foo Fighters released their self-titled debut album. Dave Grohl wrote and recorded the entire album himself, apart from a guest guitar spot by Greg Dulli, and recorded the album just for fun as a cathartic experience to recover from the death of Kurt Cobain.
