Usually (with other airlines, anyway) the Twitter route usually escalates a bad customer service experience to at least empathy. Not so here. I’m now concerned with my flight back.

Sigh. Alaska Airlines , when will you fly to YYZ so I don’t have to deal with your “Partners”.
